How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

When checking usage, we can see message :"Unbilled usage of FEB 2008 will be billed later and will be adjusted with FEB 2008 unused free usage, if any. It will not have any impact on free usage of MAR 2008"What does this mean, please explain in detail with example.

meaning due to their some billing system mistake unbilled feb usage will be billed later with some other month(e.g.april) & if you have some daytime usage left in billed feb usage it will be deducted from the daytime usage of unbilled feb & whatever remains(if any)will be billed along with that month usage(in this case april).at least this is what i think.

hello siri am new user. i have got 500c plan 2 weeks ago. i want to check my useage.but i am unable to login as per your instruction for cookies after doing it the page is blank.wether my user id & password is wrong how can i check it. it is not showing any comments or error messageplease do the needfull sir if any guys also

you need a portal ID(14 characters long) to login & it is differentf from your bsnl username/password.it will be given to you by bsnl.after getting this portal ID it will take around 4-5 days for it to activate.after that you will be able to login & see your usage.

thanks i got my portal id thro toll free no 18004241600i have logged in but i can't check my useage it is showing internal server errorwhat to do.....oh at last i got my useage details but i am confused what is that uploadi am not getting exact details how can i get itplease reply mestart time -----------| stop time ---------- | down-- | up-- | total2008-03-08 08:09:01 | 2008-03-08 15:37:21 | 21938 | 3947 | 25885at this time i was't switched on my system itself what is it showing?.............

my broadband speed is very slow i checked in testmy.net site it is showing 12kByps/0.1mbpsi have got 500c plan in that they have mentioned 256kBps to 2mbpsbut my speed is very slow :madness:how can i rectify it hey if anybody is having solution for me please suggestas quick as possible

first of all don't rely on speed testing sites for anything.try to download something from sun microsystems(java setup),softpedia(trial softwares),microsoft etc with a download manager like flashget or IDM at night(in free time 2-8AM or after 10PM) & then see how much speed you got.

dear whitestar_999oh sorry i have forgotten that i was in my mail page. thanks for your suggestion hai i am using idm at night. i checked it out i am getting only 200 kbps it is not enough for me i have dowloaded some of tutorials for my studies.please help me to get more speed than now i am recevingwith reg
