I have had good experiences with bsnl cc people. the trick is you have to opt for english while you get language options. if u select to talk in regional language you are gonna get shitty people for sure who dont give a damn about ur problem. our tax monay is wasted as a salary to those crap heads.

I got more comical replies from BSNL customer care.I tried each and every USSD command from *123#, *123*1#........9#, *124# and everything. Nothing shows the remaining data that can be used. After disconnecting a connection, im getting sms frm BSNL like YOU HAVE USED NET FOR XX MINUTES & CHARGED Rs.XX. Balance remains same. But im unable to know the remaining data.Called BSNL customer care and tried and tried and got the line after 30 min. CC person said me to send sms DATA 3G to 53733. I tried tht but it said "Dear Subscriber Pl dial *123# to check the details -BSNLMOBILE"Again i tried CC. Another CC person said to send sms 3G DATA to 53733. After sending, i got a sms "Your Request for 3G Information Recieved. You will be contacted by our customer care soon - BSNLMOBILE"I didnt give up. Again i tried CC and got the most comical answer frm a CC person. He said me to go to nearby BSNL office and check the remaining data that can be used.Dunno how to use this crap without knowing the balance usage.

Still looking for solution on this:I'm using BSNL 3g prepaid through a mobile phone.*123*6# did not work for me.*123# USED TO WORK for me. On dialing it would provide option to check data balance and main balance. Now dialing the same number has started behaving differently. It now just shows the main balance and does not provide any option to see data balance.I think it's a hopeless situation where the ISP is simply hard to reach and on managing to reach has no answer to such queries.

When *123*6# is working for knowing the Data balance for us in Punjab then why is it not working for you ?
In which state are you ?

Are you sure you are using "bsnlnet" APN and not "bsnllive" ?

I am in Pune.Strange thing is *123# USED TO SHOW data balance. NOW it doesn't. Nothing changed from my side in between.

I am getting another sms from BSNL showing the data balance and the video call minuted=s remaining after sending the *123# Command.....

I went to a BSNL CSC in Pune to ask regarding how to check the balance. They said they have no idea and I should call and ask on the customer service number.I have never managed to talk to customer service though don't expect any miracle from them. Can any reader from Maharashtra circle who has managed to see prepaid balance tell how to do this miracle?

Guys I bought a data card recently.....and the csc man there told me what to do....Send a message to 53733 as DATA 3G and it will show your balance data available....
