How do I check what plan I am on online? I should have been migrated to the 2mbps plan by now. I am still getting 3.5mbps right now. Though during day time I was getting like 500kbps :\
Well their selfcare site refuses to open on desktop browsers and I had to check it through chrome on Android where it opened easily.
When you login into the site you should be able to see a Home->My Facilities link on left side first menu among others. Clicking on my facilities will open/load the subframe which will have your phone number name address etc in column with a last column having a clickable link -> View details. This will load new frame which will have a link -> View Broadband Details. This will show you the plan you are currently on.
