How to check what broadband plan on BSNL?

How do I check what plan I am on online? I should have been migrated to the 2mbps plan by now. I am still getting 3.5mbps right now. Though during day time I was getting like 500kbps :\

Well their selfcare site refuses to open on desktop browsers and I had to check it through chrome on Android where it opened easily.

When you login into the site you should be able to see a Home->My Facilities link on left side first menu among others. Clicking on my facilities will open/load the subframe which will have your phone number name address etc in column with a last column having a clickable link -> View details. This will load new frame which will have a link -> View Broadband Details. This will show you the plan you are currently on.

Exactly I used to make it work on Firefox by using Chrome Android user agent. It's the north (ndc) portal which is the most messed up.

My Galaxy Nexus is trying to update to the latest CM build on this connection. Now I think 8GB is well not enough
