How to Connect TP-XZ000-G7 to Airtel Xstream Broadband?

@tr1k0N4 I’ve tried everything with this ONU with Airtel Xstream Fiber and nothing seems to work. it says “Registered (O5)” on the GPON UI but PPPOE fails on the router.

I have the ZyXEL PMG5617-R20B ONU in bridge mode with a router running openwrt working currently.

I’m sure MAC address isn’t the issue but something about the GPON is. Maybe its reading Model Name/Firmware Version along with the GPON serial number

Yes I know, but there is nothing you can do about it. Airtel is not going to change their OLT.
 
got this by seeing video of @Navjot Singh and it works flawlessly.
You just need to set VLAN TO 100 IN YOUR ROUTER DIAL PPPOE AND IT WORKS.

Also by doing this is there a way by which I can still use the landline or it cant be used . Pls explain anyone.
