I want to configure TP-Link xz000-g7 with airtel fiber.

so do i just need to clone serial number from airtel Nokia ont to tplink ont ?

also my Nokia ont G-140W-F GPON serial number is 12 characters long. Will it work in ascii+hex mode in tplink ?

yes just clone it and then put vlan id 100 in the main router which you intend to use

Yes but some members in this forum are saying that TP-Link uses 16 characters validation for serial number . Is it true ?

AFAIK ascii+ hex also works
and we can put it any letters small or capital
for g7 ascii+hex works
for g3 we need to convert ,
and dont put vlan here in xzg7
