How to Connect TP-XZ000-G7 to Airtel Xstream Broadband?

I had purchased xz000-g7 and tried using it with Airtel FTTH.
1. xz000-g7 shows O5 status once the serial number is added. Tested this in case of Airtel and BSNL. the registered status is shown once the serial number is added.
2. BUT, i am not able to dial connection using a windows machine or from Mikrotik router for Airtel with static IP, BSNL PPPoE
3. Have checked and added VLAN ID in the xz000-g7 and also used in transparent mode with VLAN ID added on machine/router
4. Also tried cloning the Airtel Nokia ONT MAC to windows machine and with Mikrotik router but still unable to get the connection UP.

Does anyone have any other suggestion to test this setup?

@Rajneesh Rana set VLAN 100 on G7 then can you share the Advanced > Status from G7.

Also after setting VLAN tag on G7, dial PPPoE on Mikrotik Router with static IP configuration and provide ppp logs.
One last thing I would like to ask, On the windows machine did you add your static ip settings to the PPPoE adapter?

maybe there was issue with my Nokia router or something they flushed mac address for me and it worked.


but now I can use the airtel over my sfp with just serial number and it gives 05 status easily.


@Rajneesh Rana did you try putting static IP details on your windows and making sure it was working after getting a 05 on g7??


If itworks on your laptop then it should on your Mikrotik
