How to file a case against ISP?

I want to file a case against my isp because they are terminating my connection. I need permanent termination. Can anyone tell me the procedure to file case against it.???I checked out on some website but it seems a lot of stuff needed to file and second, it will cost me 5k per complaint. Actually, plan cost is 2080 and to get back that I need to spend 5k. This is not good idea to do.Does anybody want to give suggestion on it or anybody filed in past??????Waiting for reply.

To bring your isp to their Knees, put da complaint in your local newspaper complaint column its free of cost. Check out any english newspaper, It will have a complaints column where people rant about their connection and their isp's and other telecom issues

Nothing is hidden. It is GTPL local company. I thought it would be nice because it is small but no one is ready to attain me. I seem like a good entertainer for them. No reply. I think bsnl is somewhat better. They sometime show desire to work once in 1 month whereas here, every body blames another.
