How to file a complaint about spam SMS/Call now?

i think it is a TRAI regulation that you have to report a SMS within 3 days of receiving it. reminds me i have a sms that i have to report. :| i really wish someone develops an app for android that can automate the process of reporting spammy sms. i gave this idea to smsblocker developers. but i do not see that they are very interested in this. all i got back was that i can use their app and avoid getting spam sms at all.
 
right. i just noticed a bunch of spam i never reported. i need to stop being lazy about it as well. did get two sms from airtel today. both sms said that airtel has given the first warning to the spamming telemarketer.
 
What wrong am I doing? Can anybody tell me? VF not allowing me to register the complain.
 
But the format is as per the SMS received from VF.,i.e COMP-NUMBER-DDMMYYHHMM. If there is any change in the format it has to be communicated to the customers.p.s. tried with the format as per the thread, Didnt work!
 
This is how i send.....my provider is Idea:

COMP TEL NO 8595392381, 28/11//11, Time 16:43
 
its just keep saying wrong format, even when i edited their own sms to get it right.....my operator is idea. wdf.???
 
What did u exactly send? Even i have Idea and i sent the message that i have quoted just a few posts above.....was it that same format?
