How to get extended warranty on VU TVs?

I got my 55 inch replaced on Saturday, after one year. I got a replacement document from them which mentions both serial number and also mentions the extended warranty of 3 years.

I had white clouding issue.

But Im from Delhi, and the company setup is in Mumbai... So, Where can I buy it in Delhi ...
As your company setup is in Mumbai area only.... Do they have any service centre or distributor in Delhi ?....
How shall they provide the after sales service in Delhi.... I am residing in East Delhi ...

what suggest? order online. there is a call center number for support and service. that's how every company works these days. it does not matter where their office is.

you are unlikely to find vu in a retail store. unless they have partnered with some chain. details of which should be available on their website.

Wanted suggestion bec it's not a small electronic item that I can try n return if unsatisfied... I had a pathetic experience with my Sony bravia earlier thier support charged me over 10k for repairing.. So, this time I wanna be lil careful before buying it.. Esp the not so popular brands..

Vu has nothing on Sony. So if you are looking for quality, look at something else. Vu only makes sense if you want to get a cheap product. And if the TV is out of warranty, you would be paying a lot of money for repairs because in most cases, the panel or the motherboard needs to be replaced both of which probably make for 90% of the cost of the TV.

as for returns, i don't think any online store would take return of a tv. so there's that. even an offline store these days.
