How to get good ping in BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband?

In the game Valorant I usually get 200 ping and the lowest goes 78 but with packet loss. For CS:GO its 60
In cmd, when I ping google I get 70-80ms..till now I've never had ping below 50(Speedtest servers).I usually do speedtest on "Ashok Secured broadband" which also is my LCO. My ping to his server is 59.Is there any solution to get ping below 40ms.
My MTU is at 1450
IPv6 is also not available in my city.
And The DNS I use for router and my PC/Lappy is 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

@Mrinal619 You want simple answer? - Don't take bsnl ftth. Take airtel instead

Bro there is something bad on your lco side or ur regional bsnl or maybe even the router.. For me atleast pubg mobile has been stable 20-30ms for past few days...

@dhrubadeepdas You might having severe packet loss... I too faced that issue during start of lockdown. Now its stable. Atleast for indian servers pings were fine singapore it's around 70-80ms for me.

i am sorry ping to singapore servers are as high as 200+

Don't know what's going on. I'm on Indian server.View attachment 2457

This looks like Indo Server and routing is messed up. Indian server would give much lower pings.

I get around 40ms in pubg mobile and cod mobile.
Might be a problem on LCO's side
