Guys I have shifted my house and reinstalled Local Fiber connection from DVR, Pioneer. I have 100 mbps up and download speed plan. Costs me ₹600.
The problem is I am getting less than 2 Mbps and ~30mbps speeds. When complained they did try something but didn't worked. I paid 500 yesterday and didn't even used 1GB.
The office says, Sir we can see here with your IP and speed is full. We can't do anything. Help me should I go for BSNL fiber? They have outsourced it here. Are plans in BSNL Fiber Page all fiber? I want to go for first plan.

@Hornet I am from Andhra Pradesh.I am using bsnl ftth 430 plan which gives 30 Mbps speed till 150gb.It is good. But jitter and pings are high to international servers.Else everything is good.
Am from AP too bro. Knl. I don't play games apart from small mobile simulator games. But I stream Netflix and Prime. I need minimum 20 mbps. Present ISP gives 10MB/s till they fucked up.

Not every plan will be available in every location even if the website lists them. This can be better answered by BSNL or LCO. If you have a contact number for the LCO call them. I guess CUL is cumulative unlimited and ULD is unlim
Thank you.

How much did you pay bro? Is bsnl giving direct connection or through LCO?
I am from Guntur.Bsnl directly gave me connection.Act fibernet was not working for me.So made calls to all isp's.They said they cannot give me connection because I am residing in the outskirts of city.So finally after reading this forum I thought to opt for Bharat fiber till I get jio fiber or airtel xstream in my area.Jio and airtel said it may take atleast 6 months. So went to BSNL office and asked them. They gave me sub divisional engineer number and I asked him about feasibility. He said we will give connection.I then filled form and submitted to them.I opted for 430 plan. Here they are ok to give me ont on rental for 90/ month. So opted for that because anyways I will shift to jio or airtel after 6-8 months. After following up with sde they came and installed fiber after 11 days.Four people came and installed fiber from around 20 metres.Next day another engineer came and installed ont(Huawei hg850a) running some sort of locked software.Connection is fast and running good. But issue is when I am speaking with my relatives who are in usa over whatsapp video call it gets distorted.Voice lags over whatsapp. This didn't happen over act fibernet. That is the only con at present.I will have to wait and see what will happen.

Good to hear that. I heard AP Fibernet is good around that area. Anyway I will now have to go DVR office and fight for my money.
