based on what i've read in the last one year about their capabilities to influence,intimidate and backdoor things i can say without any doubt that i have no faith left in anyone/anything on internet.they have broken and can break almost everything.

Every site log your nic mac address. How do you think they ban users with dynamic id. In this age every site uses some kind of api/java script/php. I never been to a site which is not using any scripting in this age. And "HTTP HEADERS" are the real culprits which reveals much needed information.

It is visible, I agree it needs some script to run but again in this internet age, 95% people still don't know who uncle snowden is. What fbi snooping was all about. What US server is doing near delhi. so how can they know which script to run or which not to. Anyways I'm not confusing anything. By default all browsers are exploitable especially Chrome to run such scripts.

Riveting topic.
My point is I am in India and any law suit has to be initiated in India. If I write something abroad that someone in India does not like - say review of a Hindi film in a website abroad in US, then in order to know who I am, the film producer has to first get lawyers in US to serve notice to the website owner there. If (big IF) they get the dynamic IP they then have to come back to India and get a court order for BSNL to provide logs. This is going to take at least 6 months and by that time BSNL might have deleted the log (hoping)
Then I get time to challenge it. Since all the info has traveled back and forth and one party may have made a mistake.
No cops can be involved since this is a matter for court to decide - one party claiming libel. It is not a criminal case.
I am not talking of shooting mouth off in FB about a political party. I am too careful for that nor do I write in an Indian forum about Indian products or write in any Indian newspaper comment section.
All email ids I use to enter forums are triple looped to another main id (log in with a yahoo id looped to a gmail which is looped to the master yahoo id). So anyone wanting to know my master id has to run between gmail and yahoo. I never have opened my email ids from Android using my phone number. My Android id is also triple looped and not used for any purpose than Play Store.
I am safe on the whole from a private party - am I correct? How much can be tracked down by a private party is my question. Government is not going to help a film producer angry at a review (angry at a bunch of reviews and targeting one reviewer to set an example)
I can be tracked down by a government but I do not see Indian government getting very excited about a film review. As far as I understand to a government nothing is invisible unless one is a master at setting up and manipulating VPN which I am not.
So hopefully except for a case of wrong identification (someone else has done mischief and by mistake my IP address is identified scenario) I am safe.

Simple. If you do not have the guts to stand by what you say, don't say. Or go to bath room, close the door and recite all those swear words you know.
A VPN is not an anonymity enabling service, it is a privacy enabling service. They are different. Don’t get them confused or you’ll make a fatal error. And its better to trust a US based vpn than unsecured mtnl/bsnl servers.
You can't hide if you get Big Brother on your back, unlimited resources & the power to find you no matter how much you try to mask yourself.. Stay under the radar & blend in..
