Hi Guys,My connection activated on Dec 09,2007.So, Just 15 days left in 2 months free offer period.Does anyone knows how to recharge then after?I contacted CC today regarding this, but they didn't answer properly. .

I think the recharge coupons will be similar to Tata Sky (not sure).

1. you need to call the toll free number.
2. scratch your coupon
3. tell them your customer ID / Sim number
4. tell them your coupon number.
5. it will be get recharged.

I also got activated on 9th December 2007 but for me only DDD+ channels is coming other channels are scrambled.Can Anyone help me with this

When I dial Toll Free 1800-200-7575
from BSNL land line, it is NOT WORKING.

BUT

When I tried the same number from my AirTel mobile,
I could able to reach the customer service.

Funny isn't it !! :wall:

To renew the subscription,
We have to buy the scratch card from the distributor / dealer,
then call Customer care between 10am & 7pm and
give the customer ID along with the scratch card number.

Previously Cable wala used to come to our premises to collect the
amount. From now on every month we have to visit the
SUN DTH dealer to get the scratch card.

There is no bank interface to pay the subscription ONLINE.
