How to sideload apps on Reliance Jio Fiber Android set-top box?

Got my STB today, tried to install jio tv apk but it seems like the box is locked or whatever i am not able to enable the "unknown sources" thing in the settings.

With JioSTB connected to JioFiber doesnt go above ~65 Mbps but when i connect with Airtel 200 Mbps fiber, the same box hits the full speed ie 200 Mbps wirelessly

Mine also shows around 65 max with wifi.

I installed all 41 apps available in JioStore but only 32 apps showing in main welcome page. Has anyone else experiencing the same?

It was all fine before an automated updation of software.

Yes. The app installer is not visible after today's automated update.

The sideloaded apps can be seen by opening installed apps in settings.

Yes, the apps can be accessed from settings but not from the main screen. Even many other apps which are officially available into Jio store cannot be accessed from main screen, that's really weird.

App installer and sideloaded apps are still there for me.
I have not received the update i think.
