How to sideload apps on Reliance Jio Fiber Android set-top box?

Got my STB today, tried to install jio tv apk but it seems like the box is locked or whatever i am not able to enable the "unknown sources" thing in the settings.

With JioSTB connected to JioFiber doesnt go above ~65 Mbps but when i connect with Airtel 200 Mbps fiber, the same box hits the full speed ie 200 Mbps wirelessly

Some things are locked viz the devotional channels and other live channels don’t play on the Jio tv plus app. However, the TV 18 network live channels do work, with a catch i.e. the Jioid/fibre Id and password needs to be entered each time the app is exited and launched which is a headache considering there is no qwerty keyboard input in the physical remote or the app remote.

Other than that third party OTT apps work fine.

Yes, consistently get 80-90 with STB connected by cable to Jio router . Hant tried connecting STB through wifi with Router .

Yes. I get speeds between 90-95 Mbps on my Jio STB when connected wirelessly to the Jio router.
