Hello,What is the procedure of surrender of SIM Card and USB Modem Teracom 3G LW272 ?How to get the Rs. 3,500 back by surrendering the hardware and SIM ?Can someone throw light on this ?

there is no refund policy for bsnl. you bought the modem at it full cost from bsnl, now its your property. you can cancel the SIM card.you can sell the datacard to some other fellow who is intrested in bsnl 3g. he needs to get his own sim card from bsnl.

Yes, Today I was at the telephone exchange from where I had bought this card. I did not tell them that I need to surrender but actually told them my problem regarding speed, surprisingly I was sent to the engineering at the back of the exchange in a room. There he listened to my problem very nicely and then emailed 4 of the higher authority officers right in front of me. Afterwards, three people called me directly within half an hour and asked what was the exact problem. We tried to resolve the issue but it was not fruitful. So the senior officer asked me to visit him on Monday with my data card so as to check its problem and he said if everything with data card is OK, he assured me that he will resolve my issue of coverage if any by contacting the concerned person then and there. :)It was a pleasant surprise from a government company. :)

LOL, the speed issue is resolved but shared IP is worst thing to happen :(not able to download anything from RS MU MF Etc
