How to turn on QoS for speed limiting on BSNL Fiber routers?

my neighbour is having my wifi password and he consumes max data
i dont want to change pswrd as he will come to ask again
so i want to apply qos

The other option would be to block the access with firewall for his MAC.

Which router you are using?
Better ask him to share cost and upgrade to better plan.

Yup. If you want to annoy him out, just turn off the router when you are not using it

Well in my Netgear router i can boot out anyone via app from connected devices. So knowing password doesn't help unless he gets new device each time.

i guess his issue is that he is not able to refuse connectivity to the guy. so he wants to slow down his internet so that either he gets frustrated and get his own connection or not consume significant amount of data.
