How to use my tplink modem with bsnl

I have bought TP-Link xc220-g3v online. But it doesn't connect to bsnl fiber. In config page it says 'sn disabled by olt(07)'
I contacted bsnl office. They said it supports only Alphion modem. The one I bought is not eligible for return. Is there any way to unlock or something? Pls help
 
Ig Alphion modem locked in their server.....And it needed to reconfigure (i checked that router xpon means support both type GPON and EPON....idk i maybe wrong please correct me) and mac address needed to change.

And can you provide me link of that router??

any modem can be used but both olt (bsnl side) and ont ( client side) must use GPON or EPON.... @happydude3374 Lets see i bought the same thing and got delivered today... i configured it by looking previous configuartion...nothing gets connected to internet nor telephone...the PON light is not stable... I will call LCO and tell to configure it in their OLT... lets see how it goes...
 
@itsudd i contacted bsnl control room in mangalore. they said that Alphion olt is impossible to modify. then i contacted alphion hq bangalore. the person who oversees their distribution and connections said that alphion firmwares and other systems are very old hence its impossible to add other brand serial numbers.
the local bsnl guy demanded 4500 for a new dual band alphion modem. he also offered me a 1000rs discount if i gave him my TP-Link in return. i then contacted Moglix team and they accepted my return request. i then bought a dual band alphion modem (asee 1444) via indiamart from a seller called Balaji Electronics from Chennai for just 3030 (2500+18%gst+80 courier), got it in 2 days. now i need to figure out a way to configure it. i donno how to configure and i am pretty confident that this will work coz it los red light stops blinking when i connect the pon cable.
