Good idea. But I want them make great Android phones. Android is too big and popular for company specific OS. Nice article by the way

the problem with webos has always been the hardware. HP apparently cannot make good hardware. so expecting them to make android devices in the future is well... very unlikely. palm failed at hardware. HP failed at hardware. the problem was never the OS itself. there are tons of webOS fans in the market. let's hope it survives.

Such a disappointment. I guess WebOS was never meant to be. It just never flourished inspite of being arguably the best mobile OS (ever)

Recently HP reduced the price of tab by 100$.. I thought they want to compete with ipad but they were clearing there stock too bad for those who bought them They also acquired palm for this then what's future of them?

There are reports that Best Buy undersold the Touchpad so bad that they had to give it back to HP, inspite of HP being their top supplier. Apparently, out of the 250,000 pieces that were stocked by Best Buy, barely 25,000 were sold. This number is exclusive of the returns

Hymn very true but HP lost there patience very fast they have very strong foot hold on pc market so can easily use these for promotional activity and bring out latest edition instead of killing themLook at blackberry they have playbook which is not sucessfull bit stilly are working toward new updated product on same .. There is not as good as webOS
