Huge packet-loss on the route and spotty link

Yeah that i know @sloj . What i am thinking is that the route may be conjusted or poorly configured but still I am not sure about anything. since that's the one (private gateway ip) thing which is same in all similar issues (package loss & high ping) so i related it here. By the way it's the first time i am seeing that private ip gateway from BSNL.

As said by @JB700 if we tried of cf-wrap or something similar we may see any importants and cause of this.

Okay finally am inside the ONU UI. I see that the DMZ is disabled. Should I be enabling that as a security measure ?

Also I have configured the ONU using bsnl pppoe credentials, that thing doesnt connect at all inspite of right credentials. May be the Mac is blocked by BSNL and they just whitelisted my router's Mac instead ? is that a possibility ?
