I have 200 mbps plan downloading speed 60 mbps and uploading speed is 200+ mbps

I have 200 mbps plan downlaoding speed 60 mbps and uploading speed is 200+ mbps, Then I downgrade speed by new recharge for 100 Mbps but giving same speed in downloadin 60 mpbs and uploading speed coming as plan which 100+mbps. Please help anyone.

Looks like speed is capped by the LCO. Is speed same on speed test airtel server?
