i have the same. its a gigabit ONT, What cable are you using to connect ONU to Router. If it only has 4 wires then thats why its being limited to 10/100

i would suggest trying a different cable between ONT and Router

Go to your ONT Page, Click on Status Tab, Under User Interface click on Ethernet. Does it say Gigabit there?

what is your TP-Link router model?

yes,
try changing the cable connecting ONT and Router, the cable could be the problem.

Yeah it is 1000mbps modem, may be problem with Cable

Your ONT and Router is connected at Gigabit according to the second photo. What cable are you using to connect from router to PC/Laptop?
