RJ-45 has different variations of it ...
Try using a Cat6 cable from a good brand .it may solve your problem

i think the problem might be the cable between your TP-Link router and your PC.

@urstrulyvamshee is there something written on the cable? You may see something like Cat5, Cat5e etc. You need Cat5e or higher cable for more speed.

you don't need that cable, its kinda overpriced. any cat6 or even cat5e from a good brand will do.
