-28.2 is fine, lower the better ofc but you should be able to get 200Mbps on that. Can you share some speedtests?

How do you believe your ONT is faulty ?..did you do a speedtest directly with your Laptop and ONT with LAN cable
Remove the TP-Link from the loop while doing this

Is it directly ONT to Laptop? Then there might be speed issue on BSNL server. Your cable, ONT, router and laptop are all fine.

No, actually first they gave 100MBPS 700GB Plan, in last week they upgraded to 200MBPS CS55, i think problem is with BSNL server, i am raising a complaint now. @Gaurav15 @shashankb @JB701 , thank you all my brothers, can we reduce ping?
