You need to contact Airtel if you are getting the IP assigned from the same pool(only the last few digits changing). Try putting an email to [email protected] and they should be able to take care of this. If you don't have patience and time to fight for this then simply dump the connection and get a new one.
I don't think it's a router issue. Maybe the IP pool from which your IP address is assigned is misused.

btw i can't dump my connection have i have paid for 6 months
