Need options for a 23-24 inch IPS monitor.

Primary usage is graphic designing and photo editing. Basic stuff. Color accuracy is quite important. Not really willing to spend a lot.

Any input is highly appreciated.

The Dell P Series is quite good, has height adjustment and you can rotate it on it's own stand if you want to use it vertically (also VESA support). Comes in 21.5" to 27" variants.

I went with the 23" model, and I think it was the right decision.

Am I happy with it? Yes! Mainly because the color reproduction seems quite balanced. The standard color profile seems very close to RGB if not the same. They could add more color profiles for movies with boosted saturation. The stand is pretty cool, you can easily slide it up. The place where it's attached to the stand seems a little flimsy though, cheap plastic. Quite surprised that they did not include an HDMI cable with it.

Not entirely in line with the topic. I am looking for a 1080p monitor for work. Don't need for any content creation or gaming.
I have till now narrowed down to

You have not mentioned a budget, this one is available for 7.9K, 22", 1080p IPS Display, has thin bezels, and supports VESA mounts. You will definitely appreciate the thinner bezels in daily use.

If you're on a tighter budget for 6.9K:

I recommend the BenQ GW2480 and I own two of them since last October. Though there's no extra features like height adjustment,.. etc., but it's the best one to get at cheaper price. I bought around 8 different around that range and returned all because I didn't like them. But there's one issue that if the monitor turned off automatically or manually by pressing the power button, it takes some seconds to turn on the monitor.

I've one more suggestion that if you want Full HD never go beyond 24", as we could easily notice the pixels from 27" which may not look good for graphic designing. If you want sharpness choose a 2k+ one for 27" and a 4k one for 32".

So, this (P2319H) monitor, has two USB ports at the side:

I've tried plugging in pen drives, but the PC detects nothing.

Edit:

Basically I have to connect the USB cable to the monitor at the back to the PC in addition to the HDMI cable in order to make these ports functional. Meh.
