Need options for a 23-24 inch IPS monitor.

Primary usage is graphic designing and photo editing. Basic stuff. Color accuracy is quite important. Not really willing to spend a lot.

Any input is highly appreciated.

Solution
The Dell P Series is quite good, has height adjustment and you can rotate it on it's own stand if you want to use it vertically (also VESA support). Comes in 21.5" to 27" variants.
on my pretty old Dell, there is an extra usb cable that goes between the display and the pc which power these ports. i am using displayport for the display though iirc.

So, this (P2319H) monitor, has two USB ports at the side:

I've tried plugging in pen drives, but the PC detects nothing.

Edit:

Basically I have to connect the USB cable to the monitor at the back to the PC in addition to the HDMI cable in order to make these ports functional. Meh.
Yeah because HDMI cannot carry out file transfers and such, so you need an additional USB upstream cable to your PC. Technically displayport cables can carry out file transfers but that is only theoretical.

By the way, when the monitor is in portrait orientation, can you still adjust it's height?
