My primary requirement was amazing audio quality (for the person at the other end) while making calls with noise cancellation mic. This gets the job done, fairly well. If I have a mixer grinder running around me, the noise would get eliminated within seconds. It can actively detect noises from the background and start canceling it. Now, one thing I've a problem with is not really related to the headset, but Windows. It automatically turns the mic volume to 100%, no matter if you manually lower it.
I can also use it with any phone that has a 3.5 mm headphone jack. I think I should be able to use it with other phones as well, if I get the USB A to C adapter. These headsets have inline call controls, and that part makes it difficult to manage the cable. It becomes heavy and falls off the desk and becomes an annoyance at times. You can plug the headset in the 3.5 mm audio jack directly, if you don't mind compromising the call controls.
Con: Since the headset has many moving parts. I thought it's a good thing that the ear cups adjust according to the individual, they are a 'moving' part. Moving parts fail. And it did in my unit. It started making a noise whenever I would move my head while on a call. I wrote an email to the customer service, and sent an audio sample which captured the noise. They have issued a replacement, as the headset is under a warranty of 2 years. Pretty impressed that they use BlueDart priority shipping. The headset was collected yesterday, and they've already issued a replacement.

Another thing is that this headset isn't suitable for music listening. There's little to no bass at all. However it can detect when you're listening to music, and changes the equalizer settings 'automatically', but the sound quality is simply meh.
If I had no dearth of money, I would love to try Voyager Focus UC or Voyager 8200.
