So Group B is clear, India & SAfrica qualified
Group A is interesting
If NZ win, they qualify. Eng out. Aus/SL is another virtual quarter final
if Eng win, they qualify. Aus/SL will be a 3-way battle. SL win they qualify, Aus may need to win by huge margin to qualify, if they win by small margin NZ may qualify.

India needs to be more concerned about Nasir Jamshed and Mr. Shoaib Malik who plays well only against India
If India bats first and puts a total of 250+, that should be enough to defend against Pakistani batting
