Adhaar OTP is not working, cant login to ITR website without OTP to file ITR.

Filed return, it was for my mother. I had filed my return two months back.

So, I registered a HUF in December 2021 and got the account opened in Jan 2022. GST registration was also completed in Jan 2022. I paid the advance tax before 15 March 2022. Now when I filed my return, I had to pay interest for Q1, Q2 and Q3 Which was well over 13K. Even though the entity was nonexistent and there was no income in first 3 quarters, I had to pay interest.
