True. And I am not sure if Arvind would want to be stuck sitting in the opposition in Delhi for the next five years with general elections coming next year. I am expecting him to resign as well and take on Sibal from CC next year. Actually I want that to happen. Though it would only hurt his credibility.
But he can enjoy the status of being leader of opposition too. though contesting ls polls seems a real possibility

I know. That can happen with Congress so AAP would be the loser again. I do not see 2/3rd of AAP MLAs defecting to BJP :D
AAP is not a national party so the anti defection does not apply to them. Any number of their MLA's can switch without re elections.

Who told this. as per EC any party registered with them come under the ambit of anti-defection laws. be it on state level or national level or even municipal level

I thought AAP had official presence in 23 states in India based on what I heard from their spokesperson on TV today :o

I still wonder if Arvind would be comfortable wasting five years of his life sitting in opposition in Delhi :D

Leader of opposition role suits him perfectly. That way He can daily bring fresh corruption charges in the assembly :D
