Did kejriwal told in his speech that aap will vote against bjp? if not there's a possibility that they will remain abstain and let bjp run a minority govt

Did not see the speech. Just saw on Twitter that he plans to stay in opposition.
Their Twitter account has been quiet for the last 40 minutes or so.

They can remain in opposition and still abstain. they will not support anyone but their stand on abstaining is critical to govt formation

Right. That would allow them to push BJP to do the things they want them to do. Would work in their favor. Congress be like... no one gives a shit about us. q
Reuters is confusing me.

Actually aap is in a catch 22 situation, if they don't support anybody, state will be in prez rule and they risk losing mla's as the time goes by.
If they abstain thereby indirectly supporting bjp their whole premise of " sab saale chor hain except us" will get crushed.

Doesn't seem like BJP will have difficulties in forming majority,
BJP : 31 + SAD: 01 + JDU: 01 = 33
Getting 3 MLAs from winning pool of INC + AAP isn't that difficult with kind of money they can throw (may be some good position in government as well)

Running an effective opposition would be a win too. Causing reelections would hurt them as people would see them as hungry for power. They should focus on getting a government elected and ensuring that it remains in check. They can do that by allowing a minority or close majority government to operate under heavy supervision. :D

That's the catch. they can't break aap or cong w/o getting 2/3rd mla.
Breaking AAP could be difficult but not impossible. Congress is already destroyed so there must be some MLAs want to cash out their investment.
