One good thing. Congress would now have to dole out goodies to prevent a similar meltdown in General Elections. I am guessing that means a lot of populist moves. Petrol is going to become cheaper. Diesel too I hope.
Next General Budget should be really really interesting.

I recall that there was some movement by AAP in Chandigarh, though there is no definitive stand but they don't support such schemes.

Well claims by congress are as frail as claim of Rahul Gandhi being next PM. As far as possibilities are concerned, if AAP can win 28 seats from nowhere then 700 liters isn't difficult you got 2 huge rivers in vicinity.

Yup exactly. Congress has had 15 years and they could not do shit with Yamuna even though they allocated god knows how many arabs of rupees for it.
