If you are looking for downloading and normal surfing then it's good but if you want to play online games or watch livestreams then it is really bad. My tikona connection used to be very good for 2 years but from 4 months it is terrible. Pings are constantly 500+ and i used to be able to play online and watch livestreams in HD. Today the head of tikona nagpur has told me that this connection is only good for browsing, if I want to play games and watch videos then I should get a leased line and they cannot fix my problem as it is because of overload of customers and they are not going to install any new access points. I got a call from tikona few minutes ago and they said to give them a last chance to fix my problem, if this doesn't work out them my last option would be to switch back to BSNL, atleast BSNL will have pings under 100.
