@luffysingh Contacting your Connection 'Vendor' is more headache way to get it resolved but It can be one of a reliable way if he got knowledge about it.

If you contact nearby BSNL Officer, Reply will come 'IPv6 has not started yet' if u are lucky it can be fixed by him easily.

All depend on backend Servers.

@luffysingh, BSNL fixed this for me. My configuration was correct, so I got the v6 connectivity as soon as they fixed it.

They raised a docket to the NOC team for this issue along with the screenshots of tests, status page, firmware version page and my WAN configuration page. I also shared some ping tests with them- Ipv6.google.com, google dns and cloudflare dns.

BSNL Office near me said that the ipv6 equipment installed last month but they have not purchased ipv6 so it will not work for now but they will buy ipv6 in future.

I think they meant to purchase the ips for ipv6 or they fooled me but they are saying they can’t configure ipv6 anytime soon.

@luffysingh

Raise a PGPortal complaint-

Explain that I (a friend of yours) got the same issue resolved. For me (your friend) BSNL raised a docket to the BNG and NOC team in order to resolve it but your local BSNL office people are not helping at all and saying that they cannot resolve it. They can atleast raise the docket to NOC team as well.

Do mention that you are getting IPv6 address on ONT but local BSNL office people are saying that they don't have IPv6 address thats why it doesn't work.

You should have mentioned what I asked you to.
You raised a simple complaint that it is not working.
What they do is ask you provider and provide the same response.

Why didn't you mentioned the "NOC Docket" which got raised in my case and then NOC team fixed the same issue for me which you're facing.

Refer to this thread at the last page. Trex also had the same issue as you and me.
