Is Airtel good in Vasant Kunj area of New Delhi?

I have Airtel Broadband and an Airtel SIM card and I'm living in Panchshila Park. It's reliable and fast over here. I know my phones signal is less in the Vasant Kunj area and I'm wondering if it is the same with broadband, or is it good there also?

Also, how long does it take to get a brand new connection these days?
