Is Fair Usage policy applicable on Airtel 256Kbps plans

I heard and read people talking about Fair usage policy implemented by Airtel.Is this policy applicable to any of the 256 Kbps plans offered by Airtel.Regards,Rahul

nope coz broadband speeds cannot get lower than 256kbps as per TRAI regulation.

actually Fair Usage Policy hasn't been applied to any package as yet..no one has complained about speeds getting lower and i am sure people download a lot..specially who are on 1mbps and 2mbps...
