What I meant to say is the internet works with the v6 (for e.g. checking access to ipv6 dot google.com) AND some of the v6 tests fail. Yes the address is valid.
As I said earlier this is a half baked implementation primarily done as a tick in the box. On top of this access via v6 is inconsistent.
Frankly I don't care what BSNL does about v6 as long as I get access via v4.
