Is There Is Any Way To Forward Ports In Hathway..?

Is there is any way to FORWARD PORTS IN HATHWAY?I am using hathway 256kbps connection. In normal casei am getting 28->30 KB speed for downloading, But whileam using torrent my download/Upload speed is too slowFor downlaod 10-15 KB Upload 6KB maximum I had gone through Azureus help[torrent client] . itssaying that something is blocking ur ports. i had turnedof the firewall and open some ports in windows like6881..6889. But its again saying that something is blocking [it may ports r blocked by routers]So how can i open ports, i mean how can i forwardports in hathway..? Some one Pls help me.

i guess hathway has bolcked all the ports n they ask money to open it

I had called them once. They say the port forwarding feature is available only for gold plan subscribers (read corporate plans). You cant forward them on these routine plans. I have 256 Kbps, but I used to get speeds of 25KB/sec on torrents. It depends from torrent to torrent.
