Issues with Binatone DT 850w from airtel

guys i am having problems with the router provided by airtel i.e. Binatone DT 850w. There is always some connection issues. Sometimes internet works sometimes it doesnt. I called up customer care and the guy who visited my place said that the wiring is fine so it myt b the router's problem. Could any please help me regarding this. any solution or if u can suggest me some other routers as that binatone router doesnt hve the range also.

you can buy iball-baton ibwra150n or D-Link dsl2750u

yes definately but D-Link has heating proadlem

yes and i am also currentely using Tenda d301 with my airtel broadband connection it also works without and connection loss
