Issues with connecting to office server

Can anyone help me out with a couple of issues i have been facing since i got this connection.. I have been trying to contact customer support..but thanks to the indifferent attitude of the customer support guys....Truist me no one has ever turned up!! And all their promises are thrown to the dustbin... So here is my last attempt to seek help...else wil change the boradband service... I have been having issues to connect to my office network when i try working from home.. I have been told by my IT that the issue could be with the Sify drivers. Not sure if there is a resolution to it.. :huh: More surpirsingly, i will not be able to connect to my office network even from office if the Sify is installed...i wil be able to connect to the server only when i uninstall sify... But surprisngly, i was able to connect it a few times earlier, at a friend's place thru Sify itself.. Has anyone come across this issue & be able to help me, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee.........

drop Sify and move to BSNL...
