Jio 5G Services not working on Lenovo TAB P11 5G

Ever since I have got my Lenovo TAB P11 5G, I am unable to connect to Jio 5G services. It works fine with other 5G network providers. Issue is specific to Jio 5G. Is it to do with Jio 5G spectrum band? Does anyone else having this tab face the same issue?

ig p11 doesn't support SA bands, since Jio only operates on SA bands and Airtel works on NSA bands

Hi @phattunit - I wish so. However, they are asking us to contact Jio service provider for further assistance. Jio service provider is asking us to look into the compatible device list from the drop-down menu in their site. However, Lenovo does not show up there.

Jio is the only operator that is deploying a 'Stand-Alone 5G' that has 0 dependency on 4G network. So low latency connectivity, 5G voice, edge computing & network slicing, the metaverse, etc. are all possible with JioTrue5G. Other Indian operators are deploying non-Standalone 5G, i.e., 5G radio signal delivered over an existing 4G infra & may not deliver a True-5G experience.
