Check with Cust. Care and raise a ticket, if persists ask them to check the fibre signal strength and if fine ask them to change the ONT!

@ritwik2000 range was my only concern w. Jio ONTs, I got the small JCO4032 one, and It covers my house entirely, but I had heard these big blue ones have smaller range than the smaller one!
@nishantt6969 What's your take on the range situation of Jio ONTs?

@MountainMonkey5 I use Tenda AC1200 as accesspoint. Wifi is disabled in Jio Router.

and Im not a big fan of jio, so havent played much with jio but pages load faster on jio fiber than airtel fiber. Reason can be that my airtel gateway server is changed to Delhi, previously it was Lucknow which is 120kms away from me.

@nishantt6969 So, you use your JioFiber Gateway in a psuedo-Bridge mode, and yes I have also experienced Airtel giving only 4-7mbps down and ~40mbps up, and a lot slower webpage loading here in my area!

Airtel gives more than promised speed. Speed aint any issue. Issue is page loading time.

I have used Airtel fiber 300Mbps connection in Nainital last year, speed I was getting was 360Up and down.
