Hi, Everyone.
I need your help and expertise.

I have this Jio Fiber router JCO4032. (The slim blue router)

Now, the router runs fine over quite a few days. but after almost 2 weeks, it starts to slow down, like website taking longer to load.

When I ran background ping, I saw that router is giving request timeouts for few minutes and then again starts to work, and again stops after few minutes, and this cycle continues..

Please help me with the solution if anyone got it fixed.
Can you also help @FrustratedUser

Is issue like this only on the old slim router JCO4032 or newer ones also, if anyone knows ?

Restarting the router fixes it. but it is not possible for me to restart if this happens during some important call or someone else is using the internet as this highly capable router takes a lot of time to restart and get the internet running again. :)

I tried to..
But since this issue is fixed by restart, the technician who visit does not acknowledge it easily ad just asks me to restart occasionally..

If there is some other solution / changing any settings, that I can try ?

are you connected via ethernet ? if not try that.
if already using LAN cable then try to use purely lan and turn off Wifi completely in router.

if the timeout stops occuring it means your router's cpu is getting overloaded by wifi

Yeah, I am already using the jio router with wifi turned off and a TP-Link router in AP mode for the wifi.

Even then the slow down issue comes up in about two weeks of uptime, after which only restart fixes it. 🥲
