My Customer ID is ______________.I took a reliance unlimited connection in June 2012.Many times the line was disconnected.Around 24th September,2012 the line went dead.I complained at least 10 times on phone.I sent at least 7 emails and even threatened to go to consumer court.But now i.e. 2nd November 2012 (after one and half months) the internet is still not working.The surprising thing is no one ever came to enquire.I have made advance payment for 3 months and mine is a postpaid connection.This is a company of frauds.You should throw money in the Ganga rather than taking Reliance Broadband connection.

His story has similarities with mine. For me, Nodal officers were also terrible , except for maybe the 15th or 20th one who turned out to be sensible. I let go of some 100 rupees, as it was too much trouble to even get them to remove the amount they claimed I owed for a connection that wasn't working for more than 15 days, and wasn't working for 2 hours per day since I took the connection.
