Let me tell you my problems. I called 35 times as 5 days passed in which they provide connection so after 15 days they gave me connection lol. Now i had to change plan in landline but i can't change my plan as they didn't update my info at their CC end. It took 20 days again with 15 calls atleast lol to just update info...Another problem since i have this connection whenever power cut, Landline and net doesn't work so its like already 15-16 complains in past 2 month and i just complained again as issue doesn't resolve yet, they gave me 450rs waiver in past bill for this issue so i didn't mind that much. I hope, i will get waiver in coming bill also.
Now i am enjoying 2mbps unlimited at 699 which i dream only few weeks ago so may be its worth it after so much problems. With Airtel in past i didn't have 1 single problem but must need money to enjoy BB as raj said
I asked for connection on day 1 and got the sales person on same day and got the installation done next day.. internet started working on same night. if any downtime happens I just call customer care and the engineer visits within 1 hour..So the service is awesome in my area ( Faridabad )
FWIW have been on BSNL since March 2006. Faced only 2 days downtime due to a line cut. I'm on NIB-1.
OTOH my sister has a connection on NIB-2 where in she faces random timeouts and downtimes almost
daily. Go Figure!
All new BSNL connections are issued on NIB-2 now a days
It has been 10 days since I first called and no one has come yet. I called them thrice after that but each time they said they would tell their manager etc. How do I escalate this issue further?
