Order one for my self

another friend who sit next to me was able to grab it,
got the congrats msg etc, but to our shock it says out of stock
since then he's trying to get an answer but seems they are messed up.

Canned reply on ticket,
Bluntly denied on phone support, now he has sent a screenshot showing that he was actually able to click the BUY Now on time.
