Login to Airtel Nokia G 2425G-A router

I have recently installed Airtel FTTH as a backup to BSNL. The connection came with the Nokia G 2425G-A router, however the technician refused pointblank to give me the login details for the same. I do not have the IP address, and have tried 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.254 as suggested elsewhere here. I need to access the router since it's feeding my entire home-office network and I want to be able to control and change settings from my desktop via LAN.
I have tried using ipconfig on the command prompt, but it shows gateway as 192.168.1.1 which throws up "Error 404, Page not found" . Please help

It is indeed 192.168.1.1, all you need to do is clear site settings for 192.168.1.1 and try again.
It would be better if you use Firefox to access the web GUI. Dont forget to clear site data for 192.168.1.1 in your browser.
