Major connectivity issues on BSNL Broadband

I did a tracert for few sites that are opening and for a few that not opening. For those that are opening its going to Singapore >> Hongkong and working fine. For those that are not working, its either timing out outside Cochin or Johannesburg.

Same problem here at MTNL Mumbai as well as Reliance CDMA EVDO Mobile.

For some strange reason I find BSNL routing through Johannesburg where the connection is timing out

Sites hosted on USA and German servers are opening either fully or partially. Imgur opens partially for me.

Few more hops but even BEAM broke are Johannesburg.. Darn some guy in SA must have cut the cable...
