i cannot make a account on reliance bill payment site whenever i try to register the site says email and Billing account no doesnt match but i have provided that email only and I recieve e bill on that email only reliance website had gone mad everytime i have to pay from their quick pay from the site

Hi Priyan , i am a rel wimax user and recently i have noticed on my 400kbps wimax conn the upload speed has gone really bad and is at about 260 kbps. this problem has only started from that last month but it still persists, on calling customer-care and then talking to your technical team i was told that only download speed is their lookout whereas upload speed if of no concern by the company.. i was appalled by such a unsatisfactory response and wanted to know if this is the condition of all of your internet services .
